I have been providing computer support services to Fortune 500 companies since 1984, including twelve years at The Walt Disney Company in various IT roles, specializing in IT strategic planning and management of IT infrastructure support teams. I started out in the business working as a salesman in the computer department of the California State University, Northridge bookstore introducing the world, or at least the student body, to the IBM PC XT (the first PC with a hard drive) and then the Macintosh computer. That is also where I met my wife... and the rest, as they say, is history.
